THE VILLA
This large villa is both spacious and bright with each level enjoying spectacular ocean and mountain views from sunset to sundown. The villa offers generous living space, with 4 separate lounge areas to ensure everyone one can get some quiet time! There is a cleverly designed, wind secluded, swimming pool with a terrace for outdoor dining, a BBQ and a roof top Jacuzzi with it’s own separate deck area. The villa has a secure garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a private lift. We can also provide a complimentary baby cot and baby gates, if required.
Staff:
Twenty Four has a full time Villa Manager who will ensure your check-in goes smoothly and will be available should you need any assistance during your stay. We also have a housekeeper who provides daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard (Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm).

An additional single bed is available at an additional cost of R500/night.
There are four large ensuite bedrooms each with panoramic views of Camps Bay beach and Lion’s Head. The twin and bunk bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms.
STUDIO:
The Studio is located on Level 1 and has it’s own kitchen, bathroom, a large living room, a double bedroom on the mezzanine level and a private sun deck. There is plenty of room in the living area to locate an additional single bed, if required.
Guest access
You can access the house through the secure garage or through the front door. Guests have full access to the house, however, the studio can be locked off, if required.
Interaction with guests
We have a Villa Manager, Dan, who is responsible for the operation of the house. We live close by and will be available to assist you during your stay. You will be welcomed at the house on your arrival and shown around.
Other things to note
The villa comes equipped with full time housekeeping (Mon-Fri) and a Villa Manager. We can also arrange an In-house Chef Service, massages at the villa, tours, transport and babysitting.
