Welcome to Aqua Marine. This 4 bedroom, comfortable, beach apartment has mountain views and is a 3-minute walk to Llandudno beach. Llandudno lies nestled in a private and peaceful cove with one of the most secluded and beautiful beaches (blue flag status) in Cape Town.
There is no commercial activity which makes this area very private and exclusive. Camps Bay and Hout Bay are only a 5-minute drive away and offer a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
Services and Extra Information
The living area at Aqua Marine leads onto a covered patio with deck and garden sparkling pool (no cover, partly fenced). Mountain view kitchenette with stove, oven, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich griller, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, smoothy maker and cutlery/crockery for 10 people.
3 bedrooms have queen size beds and each has a safe. The 4th room offers 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms are en-suite and 2 share a bathroom. Satellite TV (DSTV) in the lounge area with comfortable couches to relax on.
The living area opens up onto an outside patio with furniture, pool (not heated) and braai/barbeque area. The pool at Aqua Marine will be full and operational for Summer guests. Sun loungers and cushions provided.

Housekeeping, off street parking available, alarm linked to armed response,
security shutters, Weber and gas barbeque and outside shower. No pets and
no parties! Not wheelchair friendly, interested in stills shoots.
