As you enter through the electric security gate at aquamarine there is parking for 2 small cars. The front entrance at aquamarine is on the ground level opens onto the light open plan living/dining room and kitchen which is fully equipped. The dining table has seating for 8 and the comfortable lounge seating has space for 3. There are wall to ceiling glass windows and doors which lead to a small deck with lounge seating and a splash pool.
The second en-suite bedroom is on the ground level of the house and has access to the shared deck with the living room.
On the lower level of the property are the other two en-suite bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have TV, air conditioning and access to a small deck. The third bedroom has twin beds and a sleeper couch.
