- Load Shedding Backup: This property has extensive backup power to ensure your holiday experience is not compromised or inconvenienced by power failures. All lights, entertainment, Wi-Fi, and plugs in the property are powered for up to 4 hours, but the air conditioners, geysers, and oven are excluded. The gas stove works throughout load shedding.
- Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided Monday – Saturday excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged on request.
- Child Policy: This home welcomes all ages.
- Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside but allows smoking outside.
- Noise Policy: Located in a peaceful residential area with a noise monitoring device. The property has three levels with four flights of stairs, and the bathrooms are open plan.
