The Space
The living area is comprised of an open plan lounge and dining area that opens onto the pool deck with magnificent 180 degree ocean and mountain views. The fully fitted kitchen is just off the living area and is fitted with every thing you may need for your perfect stay. To access 4 of the 5 bedrooms, you would take the stairs leading up to the top floor. Here you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a private sun nook, an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and access to a shared balcony with gorgeous mountain views.
The 2nd bedroom has beautiful ocean views from the shared balcony and shares the family bathroom with the 3rd bedroom.
The 4th bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is perfect for the kids. On the lowest level you will find the 5th bedroom which is a private suite boasting a small kitchenette, en-suite bathroom and has it’s own private entrance.
The Property
This Beach-front luxury Camps Bay villa is perfectly located with views for days, positioned at the entrance to a quiet cul-de-sac and a 2-minute walk away from a scenic mountain hike along the 12 Apostles mountain range. Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. Getting Around
MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.
