They are situated in the extremely popular holiday destination of Camps Bay, within easy 10-minute drive to the City, V& A Waterfront and Table Mountain cable car. The studio’s are within walking distance to the beach, and beachfront restaurants, and are ideal for both holiday, and business stays.
Each Studio Apartment has it’s own separate entrance, sleeps one or a couple per unit, and are available on a daily ( minimum 2 days ), weekly or monthly basis
EACH STUDIO
There is an open plan bedroom with a queen size bed, Built-in cupboards, desk/dressing table, separate bathroom with large shower. In the lounge area, there is a leather couch, coffee table, and two seater dining table, and this area opens up to the patio by way of very large sliding doors. The balcony has a teak table & 2 chairs and a Weber gas braai.
The kitchen consists is a quite large ultra-modern “Italian” cupboard system, white “Caesarstone tops” and all “whirlpool appliances dishwasher”, fridge + freezer/convection microwave oven, hob, and oven also with a toaster/kettle/ coffee machine, and all the necessary crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils.
