The kitchen conveniently opens out onto the garden area where a large outdoor dining table, as well as lounge seating have been arranged to enjoy long lunches and lazy summer days outside. Lounge by the beautiful pool on the sun loungers or while away the time in the cool shade of the covered terrace.
The house has 4 well sized double bedrooms, all en-suite. The Master bedroom is upstairs with a large private balcony, exceptional views, spacious bathroom and dressing room. Two further doubles are also located on this floor, with their own private bathrooms and balconies. The top floor also has a study area with views of the 12 Apostles Mountains, as well as a Pyjama lounge.
The second main double bedroom is on the ground floor with its own bathroom and balcony, out to the back of the house which faces the mountains.
The remainder of the ground floor houses the living areas which includes a large lounge and more formal dining area. This opens up onto the front terrace which has a further outdoor dining table and lounge seating. This is the spot to watch the sun set over the ocean right in front of you! The living room also has a fully equipped bar and bar stools.
The modern kitchen is bathed in sunlight and has a lovely second living area attached. A cosy nook to enjoy a coffee or read the paper. There is a kitchen dining table and a further small living area tucked around the corner by the wine cellar.
With 4 lounge areas, and 4 dining tables this house offers exceptional space and a variety of environments in which to spend time with your family and friends or find a quiet spot to be alone. Whatever the time of day or mood, you will find the right spot for you!
There is plenty of parking outside the property, lift access to take you up to the ground floor, as well as the 1st floor (and also stair access should you prefer).
