This luxurious modern three bedroom holiday villa in Camps Bay is built over three levels and is ideal for couples sharing.
On the ground level there is a large lounging deck with swimming pool, which one of the bedrooms open onto. This first bedroom is spacious and is en-suite and shares the level with a small lounge and kitchenette with wine fridges.
The second level of the house is the entertainment area with a beautifully furnished living and dining space that connect seamlessly with one another. There is also a separate TV room on this level. Glass sliding doors fold back connecting the interior with the wrap around balcony area. The open plan kitchen has stainless steel countertops, double fridge/freezer, top-of-the-range appliances, and a separate scullery.
The top level of the property is home to two bedrooms, both of which open onto a private tiled terrace with endless views over the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom enjoys an open-plan en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, whilst the second bedroom also a spacious en-suite bathroom.
This state of the art retreat is nestled in a quiet street in upper Camps Bay, a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, as well as Table Mountain and the city centre.
