The VILLA
The Villa is the Largest of the two properties, totally private with no shared amenities apart from Elevator and Basement secure parking facilities. This 4 Bedroom Villa can also be rented with an Optional Suite (should you wish to accommodate an additional couple or two guests) . The suite is rented separately with private entrance and has an outdoor heated hot tub jacuzzi – also known as the Jacuzzi Suite.

VILLA access
Private Elevator from the Basement entrance on Victoria Road provides access into the two levels (Villa Bedrooms on level 1 and Villa living room on level 2). Additional street access from Houghton Road (Back entrance) should guests not wish to use the elevator.
There is a private basement with secure parking as well as designated private parking bays and plenty of off-street parking for your visiting guests. Residence promises an unforgettable holiday experience in the heart of the most sought after suburb in Africa.
A private beach is 70m from the property with Camps Bay main beaches, restaurants, theatre, cafes and bars only a short 700m walk away. Tourist bus route to V&A Waterfront is 20m from our entrance with the City Sightseeing Bus route on our doorstep.
There is little need to hire a car. Table mountain cableway is 5km away with fynbos and mountain trails accessible from our front entrance for hiking enthusiasts. Tandem Bicycle hire available for rental by our guests wanting to explore the promenade or picnic on the coastline.
