A mere 500m walk from the beaches and trendy village of Camps Bay. The property is accessible to the local bus route and Taxi services. We offer a shuttle service by arrangement. The property also offers secure indoor parking for 1 vehicle and safe outdoor parking is available.
The home is wheelchair friendly with a lift from the garage and step free access to rooms.
The home is very convenient, easy living and very spacious all on one level.
Other things to note
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
We will also require a refundable breakage deposit of R20 000 to be paid prior to check-in/upon check-in. This will be refunded on the day of check-out if no damages are found. If damages are found the relevant charges will be applied. We endeavour to resolve these issues at the best of our ability.
The apartment is best suited for families and close friends and is maintained for you by a complimentary daily housekeeper, from Monday- Saturday for 4 hours per day. Saturday and Sunday an additional fee of R450 will be charged. This can be arranged with your host.

LOADSHEDDING/ELECTRICAL CUTS BACK-UP POWER:
Load-shedding is a phenomenon we experience here in South Africa. This is when the national electricity (power) supply grid is under strain and the electricity provider Eskom cannot provide sufficient electricity to everyone. They then impose power outages at scheduled time slots (usually 2 hours at a time) in the different areas (zones) to alleviate some of the strain.
Please note the apartment has an uninterrupted back-up power that supports the Villa during power outages. The system allows our Hue mood lighting system, Home automation, (including Blinds and Alexa), TV’s, Wi-Fi, Alarm and cameras to run smoothly and effectively, as well as gas cooking facilities.
OUTDOOR CLEANING FEE
This property has a standard cleaning fee of R500 per week for all reservations.
This includes pool, Spa, barbecue and pizza maintenance
Dedicated vehicles are available on-site for all excursions and tours. *(Not included)

LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING
• Linen and towels are changed when required.
• There is a washing machine and dryer at the property. Please liaise with host when required.
• For any washing & ironing undertaken by the house keeper, an additional cost of R200/load will apply – this is to be paid to host.
ADDITIONAL RULES
– Overnight occupation is strictly according to the number of persons on the reservation contract. No loud noise or parties are permitted.
– We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do so we can fix them more efficiently, limiting any costs incurred.
– Parties: Parties are strictly forbidden. Should you wish to request approval to host a lunch or dinner during your stay, we will require you to agree to our terms and conditions. No DJs allowed but any background music will need to be turned down at 10 pm.
– Please do not leave children unattended. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool area. The owners do not accept liability for any incident related to the swimming pool as this area is not childproof.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Failure to comply may result in charges being incurred by the tenant.
