This property is a spacious three-bedroom (all en suite) holiday home ideal for a group of friends or a family. This is one of Camps Bay few remaining original style, ocean front villas, and it has been furnished and styled accordingly with a colonial style decor. The location on Victoria Road is within an easy walk to the main Camps Bay beach and restaurants. There is also a small beach directly opposite the property (Bali Bay beach) and two other beaches (Bakoven and Beta beach) with about five minutes walk. The two comfortable wing chairs are the ideal spot for watching the endless change of the ocean, and the large leather sofa invites you to curl up in front of the satellite TV or to enjoy a good book. Old-fashioned double doors open onto a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining. A few steps lead to the sun terrace with sun loungers and a large swimming pool. The three en-suite bedrooms are all accessed from the living area and either enjoy ocean or mountain views and all have air conditioning. Two rooms have queen-sized beds, and one is a twin that can be made up as a king-size bed. One bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, the other two have showers only. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything required for self catering. The property also has a barbeque outside; ideal for a South African summer braai.
