- Please note, there is a separate one-bedroom flat below the main house, also listed on Airbnb. It has its own entrance and parking space, ensuring privacy for all guests.
- This home is not ideal for children 0 to 12 – note the pool and hot tub have no safety cover or net.
- Access to the main house is via multiple stairs from ground level – worth the climb for the views and privacy.
- No more than the stated amount of people to be at the house at any given time. Any visitors must be approved by the host.
- No parties or loud social gatherings are permitted.
- No smoking permitted in the house
- No music to be played outdoors at any time. To avoid any disruption to neighbours, please ensure all outdoor activities/entertainment is moved indoors from 10pm onwards (with the patio & balcony doors closed).
- Newlands is a quiet residential area, with fellow homeowners located within short distances from one another. Please be considerate with noise levels at all times and respect everyone’s right to the peaceful and quiet surroundings.
